MaintSmart Web-Enabled Work Order/Request Module.
In some cases MaintSmart users don't really need to know much about the program if all they need to do is enter work requests and possibly work orders (add or edit). MaintSmart's Web Work Request/Work Order Module addresses this need.
Press the "Create New Work Order/Request" button to create a new work request or work order (which screen opens depends upon logged in user's access permissions). Additionally once a work order has been completed the requestor has the opportunity to complete a "customer satisfaction" survey on the completed work. Of course you define the questions and answers for this survey! When a user with access permission above "requestor only" logs in they'll have the opportunity to add or edit existing work orders (with edit permission) by clicking the work order number in the data grid.
