    Inventory Reports.
You presently have a canned report Equipment Parts List_”Display All Fields-Select equipment”. I would like to make two suggestions in this area:

    1. The above mentioned report is a report that I would like to use, the only problem I have with that particular report is that it has way to much information. I would like to see something a little more simple, like; Part Number, Part group, Description, Quantity on Hand, Unit Cost and maybe have your Red highlight on the quantity on hand field if it’s below level. Something a little more simple but informational.

    2. It would also be nice to have a simple opposite report, where I could put in a part number and it would show me all the equipment that rely on that part. It would help on making decisions such as quantity levels or maybe I need to purge that part.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    Print Job Setting.
A very handy tool that I use frequently for repetitive WO’s on equipment. I would like to suggest that when you deactivate a piece of equipment that it would also deactivate the print job as well. When the equipment is deactivated all WO’s on the work order screen associated with that equipment are hidden. If you forget to deactivate the Print Job the program still creates a WO for that deactivated equipment, but you don’t know it because you can’t see it.

    Thank you for your consideration.
