Add a Record to the CMMS by Clicking "New" button

Ninety-Five percent of the screens in MaintSmart CMMS Software use the same four buttons for adding, editing and deleting records. Once you have learn how to add a new work order to the CMMS database you will be able to add records to nearly all screens in the software. The video below demonstrates how to add a record to the work order screen. This summarized below:

  1. Open the desired screen.
  2. Click the button labeled New at the lower right of the screen.
  3. Choose data items from boxes above the buttons. Required filed selections are colored.
  4. Click the Save button to save the new record.
