Ninety-Five percent of the screens in MaintSmart CMMS Software use the same four buttons for adding, editing and deleting records. Once you have learn how to add a new work order to the CMMS database you will be able to add records to nearly all screens in the software. - Open the desired screen.
- Click the button labeled New at the lower right of the screen.
- Choose data items from boxes above the buttons. Required filed selections are colored.
- Click the Save button to save the new record.
