Save any grid display as Excel or a web page with one mouse-click. By simply checking the Use Average checkbox MaintSmart returns the average time required to complete a PM automatically. By checking the checkbox Suggest Based On Skills (grayed out in above example available in Assign Mode) MaintSmart returns a list of qualified personnel to the drop-down box. This list contains only qualified personnel that possess the skills needed to completed the selected task. If the task requires more than one skill MaintSmart displays the percentage (%) of the skills possessed by this person and lets you select from the qualified list. This is another powerful feature that only MaintSmart has.
