The above screen-shot demonstrates how MaintSmart CMMS uses reliability analysis to actually predict the chances of an equipment failure during a specified length of time. In this example a group of equipment items, all maintained on the same PM task list by the same individual, are being analyzed simulaneously. But MaintSmart CMMS certainly isn't finished yet! This data may now be charted, printed, etc. Each row containing an equipment item may be selected individually and analyzed in infinite detail as well.
