Equipment Tree Provides a Simple Way to Manage, Analyze and View Equipment
MaintSmart's powerful equipment tree view does much more than simply display your equipment! Have a problem somewhere? Simply open the equipment tree, locate the equipment item through this hierarchal view (all hierarchies are user-defined) then choose the action to take to remedy the situation. Right mouse-click the grid area (not shown) to duplicate/print a work order used in the past to remedy this problem without leaving the equipment tree screen.
Three views to choose from (Note: hierarchy names are user-defined ):
- 1.) Equipment Group>>Equipment
- 2.) Building>>Floor>>Equipment (this is an operations related hierarchy)
- 3,) Work Cell>>Equipment (this is a maintenance related hierarchy)
But that's not all! Right mouse-click a hierarchy in the equipment tree display to report on all equipment in that hierarchy. Now this is a powerful feature!
The list view below the tree shows detailed information regarding this equipment item. Filter by date range if needed.
