Work Orders Management.
MaintSmart handles work orders (planned work that is not part of a preventive maintenence task list) seperately from preventive maintenance task lists. This means you have the functionality of both of these features. You may define Type, Status and Priority fields for work orders. For example if you prefer to not use MaintSmart's PM section you may simply define a work order 'Type' called 'PM' and then create PM work orders.
