Smart Inventory Part Linking to Work Orders and PMs!

MaintSmart's parts usage linking for work orders and PM task/equipment combinations provides a simple and accurate way to create work orders and use the required parts automatically. Parts items and their quantities are linked to work order templates. When a work order is created from a template these parts are automatically used. MaintSmart understands that in some cases all required parts may not be available and makes allowances for this situation as well.  Of course MaintSmart tracks who, what, why and where the parts are used for analysis purposes later.

Notice the other menu items above. The red text above is displayed in response to a user-defined setting under the Flags menu item. MaintSmart provides a way for you to flag uncompleted (and possibly late) work orders based upon their age with the text color of your choosing. (Example: flag all uncompleted work orders at least 7 days old with red text color).

MaintSmart provides a way for you to create a work order and use all of the parts needed for this work order in a couple of mouse-clicks.
